Official Rules and Details

1. Registration for the Hollywood Casino Go Green Giveaway will begin on Wednesday, March 17th, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. and will end on Thursday, April 22nd at 6:59 p.m.

2. Contestants must be a Premier Club member and at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Membership is free.

3. Winners must present a valid photo ID to claim prizes. Any applicable taxes, fees, and gratuities are the responsibility of the winner. Winner must complete tax form 1099 as a condition of accepting any prize with a value over $599.

4. Employees of Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge, Penn National Gaming, Vespa® of Baton Rouge, Smart® Center New Orleans and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising or promotional agencies and their immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate.

5. Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge Premier Club members must swipe their own personal Premier Club card at any kiosk in the casino or pavilion to register. Cardholders must choose the registration option on the screen.

6. Premier Club members may register at any kiosk for one free entry per day.

7. New members will receive five bonus entries. Entries will be credited to the account no later than the following day. Bonus entries will be valid for all drawings following enrollment into the Premier Club.

8. Premier Club members will earn one additional bonus entry for every 100 Royalties earned. Premier Club members must swipe their card at any kiosk PRIOR to playing in order for tracked play to be credited for earning bonus entries. If member does not swipe at kiosk prior to playing no bonus entries will be earned for that play.

9. Slot players must have their Premier Club card properly inserted in a slot machine during play for play to count towards earning additional bonus entries.

10. Table Game players must present their Premier Club card to the dealer prior to play to earn bonus entries. Bonus entries will be credited when the rating is closed.

11. Additional bonus entries may be sent by mail or email to Premier Club members.

12. Registered patrons may receive email bonuses for entries, Star Credits, point multipliers or other promotional offers during this promotion.

13. Mailed and emailed bonus entries must be redeemed by midnight prior to the drawing date to be included in the drawing.

14. Entries earned on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the promotion will be tripled.

15. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

16. On each drawing day, patrons must ACTIVATE their entries between 3:00 p.m. and 6:55 p.m. at any kiosk for all entries to be eligible for that drawing.

17. Drawings will be held on every Monday and Thursday from March 22nd through April 22nd.
a. On Mondays 15 unique names will be chosen randomly from the casino system at 7:00 p.m. Prizes will include a total of $2,500 in cash and Star Credits.
b. On Thursdays 10 unique names will be chosen randomly from the casino system at 7:00 p.m. Prizes will include $1,000 in Star Credits and a 2010 Vespa.

18.Contestants must swipe their card at any kiosk to determine if they are a winner; the system will prompt each winner to notify the Premier Club booth. Contestants must notify the Premier Club that they are a winner by midnight the following day.

19. All winners will receive an eco-friendly sports bottle.

20. If contestant does not notify the Premier Club by Midnight the following day, that contestant forfeits his or her prize.

21. All Star Credits and cash coupons will expire April 30th, 2010 at midnight.

22. Winners’ names will not be given via telephone, fax, e-mail or any other fashion.

23. The Grand Prize Drawing will be held on Sunday, April 25th, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Prizes will include one (1) - 2010 Passion Coupe Smart Car and all unclaimed prizes from the previous drawings. The number of unique finalists drawn will depend on the number of unclaimed prizes available. Unique finalists will be randomly drawn from the casino system at 7:00 p.m. Finalists must report to the drawing area by 7:15 p.m. to participate in the Grand Prize Drawing. If a finalist does not report to drawing area by 7:15 p.m., their position will be forfeited and another name will be selected. Additional finalist(s) drawn will have 10 minutes to report to the drawing area.

24. Participation in the contest constitutes an agreement by each contestant to be bound by these Official Rules.

25. Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this contest.

26. Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend the contest at any time. Should the contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.

27. All prize monies are to be classified as a Marketing expense identified within the Marketing budget.

28. By entering contestants allow Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge and other promotional sponsors, agents and its advertising and promotion agencies the use of his or her name, photo, and statements for further promotional use. Contestants may be contacted by Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge via telemarketing for further information and/or offers regarding this promotion. This contest is subject to these Official Rules, which shall be prominently displayed at the Premier Club.

29. By entering the contest, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in the Official Rules of the Contest, or the Contest itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.

30. Entrants agree that Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge or its affiliates shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in contest, acceptance / possession or use / misuse of prize, or any technical malfunctions of the computer network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or for multiple entries entered in violation of these rules or by other than human means, or for entries that are late, lost, destroyed, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, damaged, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.
