Official Rules

1. TO ENTER AND PLAY: Contest registration for the Hollywood Casino
Baton Rouge Celebrity Spotlight Jackpot promotion will commence on Monday, July 20, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. Contest will be conducted during the regular operational hours of Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge. To enter, contestants must properly enter their Celebrity Club card into a slot machine card reader inside the Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge casino.  Contestants must be a Celebrity Club member and 21 years of age or older.  No purchase is necessary to obtain a Premier Club card and no play is required to win.  Contestants can only enter their personal Celebrity Club card for registration.
 
2. ELIGIBILITY: Contest open to all Celebrity Club members 21 years of age or older at time of entry.  Employees of Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge, Penn National Gaming, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies are ineligible to participate.

3. PRIZES: Daily Celebrity Spotlight Jackpots will begin at $1 and will hit by $250.  Once a winner is selected the jackpot will start over again at $1. The amount will increase until a winner is selected. Due to the randomness of this promotion, the actual prize amount may exceed the advertised maximum amount. In the event the prize actual amount exceeds the advertised amount, the amount of the jackpot at the time of winning will be paid. Jackpot drawings will end by midnight, Friday, July 24 or after the jackpot running at that time ends. On Saturday, July 25th all winners of the jackpots will deposit their grand prize drawing entry in a drum in the Celebrity Lounge. Three unique Celebrity Spotlight Jackpot winners will be selected to win a prize. One winner will receive $2,500 in cash and two winners will receive $1,000 in Star Credits.
 
4. ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants.

5. DRAWING, WINNER NOTIFICATION, AND ACCEPTANCE: One name will be chosen randomly for each drawing from the casino system. Contestants must have their card properly inserted into a slot machine card reader at the time of the drawing in order to be selected. The card reader display/I-View on the slot machine will notify the players that a winner is being selected.  The winner will be notified with a Winner Show on their card reader display/I-View.  The winner will receive the prize value in Star Credits at the time of winning along with a ticket for the grand prize drawing. On Saturday, July 25th winners of the Celebrity Spotlight Jackpots will deposit their grand prize drawing entry into the drawing drum. Grand prize tickets may be deposited between 5 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. in a drum in the Celebrity Lounge. At 9 p.m., three unique winners will be drawn. One winner will receive $2,500 cash and two winners will each receive $1,000 in Star Credits. Contestants may win more than one Celebrity Spotlight Jackpot, but only 1 prize at the Grand Prize Drawing. Winners from Saturday's Grand Prize drawing will have until midnight on Saturday, July 25th to claim their prize from the Premier Club. The Star Credits will expire 7 days from the date awarded. Star Credits awarded at the Grand Prize drawing will expire at midnight on August 8, 2009. Winner's name will not be given via telephone, fax, e-mail, or any other fashion. Winners must have a valid picture I.D. and are responsible for all taxes.
 
6. PARTICIPATION: Participation in the contest constitutes an agreement by each contestant to be bound by these Official Rules.  Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this contest.  Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend contest at any time. All prize monies are to be classified as a Marketing expense identified within the Marketing budget.
 
7. GENERAL RELEASE:  By entering the contest, contestants allow Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge and other promotional sponsors, agents and its advertising and promotion agencies the use of his or her name, photo, and statements for further promotional use. This contest is subject to these Official Rules, which shall be prominently displayed at the Premier Club. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in the Official Rules of the Contest, or the Contest itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.  Entrants agree that Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge or its affiliates shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in Contest, acceptance/possession or use/misuse of prize, or any technical malfunctions of the computer network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or for multiple entries entered in violation of these rules or by other than human means, or for entries that are late, lost, destroyed, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, damaged, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.
